How long will my order take to arrive?

Will my bed be the exact same colour as the photos on website?

The photos are for illustrative purposes only. The colour of the actual product may vary.

Can I pick up my order?

We don't have a shop front, so unfortunately not.

What are the care instructions for the bedding range?

Can I use my bed outside?
​
The beds are designed for inside use. Keep the bed off damp and cold surfaces to avoid mould.
Are your dog beds chew proof?
​
No. Our beds are not naughty dog proof. We recommend you check your bed regularly for damage. If damage is found discard the bed immediately and replace. Hopefully your dog will be content chewing their bones and they decide to look after their bed.
Do you sell cat beds?

We currently do not have any cat beds in our range.

What size bed is suitable for my dog?
​
We would suggest you take a few measurements. Measure your dog in a couple of positions. Measure their length and width lying out flat and curled up. When choosing a bed make sure these measurements will fit onto the sleep surface, plus add some extra room so your dog will have space to move around and relocate into different positions.
